Introduction
TheQFW-4000VIRPMPipe(ReinforcedPlasticsMortarPipe)ProductionLinehassixparts,suchasinnerlayermanufacturingmachine,computercontroladdingmortar-windingmachine,curingstation,repairingmachine,mouldunloadingmachineandresinmixstation.ItscontrollingcenterhasbeenadoptedtheTaiwan'sadvancedSTDindustrialcontrolcomputer.Iftheparameterofthewoundproductsbeinginputtedthecomputer,thedesignofthelinearityforwindingoftheproductwillbefinishedautomatically,thencontrollingthecombinedmovementsbetweenthemoundrollingspeedandtherunningofthecarriage.Thepipesproducedbytheaddingmortar-windingmachinecandecreasethecostandimprovethestiffnessthroughaddingthemortarwithoutbadinfluencesupontheleak-prooflayerandthestructurelayer.

3.Themajorcharacteristicsoftheequipment
3.1ThesinglemachineofwholesetwillbepositionedaccordingtothewaysofmanufacturingRPMpipe.
3.2Thecomputercontrollingaddingmortar-windingmachineisoneunitwiththehighesttechnicalcontentofthewholeset,itsfeaturesarebelow.
3.2.1Thekeyelectricelementssuchasthetransducer,servosystemandphotoelectricencoderaremadeinSiemens,Germany;theindustrialcontrolcomputerismadeinYanhuaCorporation,
Taiwan.ThemenuisdisplayedinChinese(English),theinterfacebetweenthepersonandthemachineisreasonable,itisconvenienttooperateandtheworkingconditioncanbeadjustedonthepanelboardfreely.
3.2.2Ithasbeenadoptedthelatestversionwindingsoftwaredevelopedbyourselves.Andtherovingarrangementisregular,enclosureiscomplete,thepositionofthetrolleyisaccurate.Thewoundresultshouldberegularrhombusescheckedbyonepieceofroving.Theparametersuchasthewidthofrovingsheet,thewindinglengthandthewindingdiameterareallnotlimitedinthe

separately.Thistypeofstandardvolumepumphassomeadvantages,suchasbigadjustmentrangeofvolumeofflow,tooperateeasilyandlowerstoppagecomparedwiththeothertypeof

3.2.5Themotorforconveyingsandisafrequency-modulatedtimingdevice.Itcanbeadjustedthevolumeofaddingmortarfreelytomeettherequirementsofprocess.
3.2.6 Thedistancebetweentheconveyingsandframeworkandthemouldcanbeadjustedfreely.Therearefourguidingwheelsthatlocatedaroundthetrolley,enabletoavoidthewagglingofthetrolleybodyduringtherunning,andtoensuredistributingmortarsteadily.
3.2.7Itismatchedwithfoursetsoftierodextrusionpressdevice.Whenthewindingwithaddingmortarisfinished,thescientificextrusionwillbedonetothepipe,itsefficiencyisthedensity,thestiffnesslightnessareincreasedandthecostisdeclined.
3.2.8Itisadoptedthedoublesandaddingclothdevice,thesandcanbeaddedintwolayerstoavoidthephenomenaofbadimmersionofresinasthereasonoftoothicksandlayeronetime.Ithasthefollowingadvantagessuchaslargesandaddingvolumeonetime,sandaddingfastandtheadjustablesandaddingvolumeandcanmeettherequirementofdifferentprocesses.
