LLY-B1665 Hydraulic type Double-mould Tire Shaping and Curing Press
The machine is side-plate frame structure. The main action is driven by hydraulic cylinder, such as lifting, press, tire loading, tire unloading. 
      This hydraulic type double-mould shaping and curing press can achieve machine, electricity, hydraulic, pneumatic high automation level integration  control .

Hydraulic system

Control loop of moulds opening and closing
1. Balance valves are used to prevent vibration when dropping.
2. Electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valves.
     Control speed of mould opening/closing by electric signal. Thus can realize speed smooth conversion.
3. 2-levels control circuit
         The low pressure system provides oil till reach the set pressure value. Then the high pressure system provides oil, and the curing process starts.
          In the process curing ,the pressure of the system detected by pressure sensors. The system can automatically fill pressure when found pressure drop.
