1 Allgemeines
1.1.1 Der Anbieter ist eingeladen, ein Angebot fur das Equipment entsprechend den nachstehenden Beschreibungen bzw. den Beilagen abzugeben.
1.1.2 Der Anbieter hat samtliche, mit der Erstellung des Angebots in Verbindung stehende Kosten zu tragen.
1.1.3 Um berucksichtigt zu werden, soll das Angebot fristgerecht abgegeben werden und fur mindestens 100 Tage nach Angebotsabgabe gultig sein.

2.1.2 Alle Angaben, Zeichnungen und technischen Unterlagen, die dem Anbieter fur die H e r s t e l l u n g u b e r g e b e n w e r d e n , d u r f e n vo m Anbieter nicht fur andere Zwecke verwendet, vervielfaltigt und Dritten zuganglich gemacht werden. Auf Verlangen sind sie FMW samt allen Abschriften und Vervielfaltigungen unverzuglich herauszugeben.

Bidder is invited to submit a quotation for the equipment as described herein and in the attached documents.
Bidders shall bear all expenses incurred by Bidder in preparing their quotations.
To be considered, Bidder's offer shall besubmitted in due date and shall be valid for a minimum period of 100 days from submission datetoFMW.

Any exceptions, deviations, substitutions or alternates to the documents herein must be clearly defined and separately stated in your quotation.
FMW reserves the right in the exercise of its discretion to reject any or all quotations or to accept any quotation which they believe to be in their best interest whether or not it is submitted by lowest bid of a responsible bidder.
2 Confidentiality
2.1.1 All data furnished by FMW with this enquiry shall be treated by the Bidder in a confidential manner and shall not be shown or forwarded to 3rd parties.
2.1.2 The Bidder may not use any specifications, drawings or technical documents, for other purposes, copy them, or grant third parties access to them. At FMW s request, they must be returned along with all reproductions and copies.

6.1.1 The equipment to deliver are chain conveyors for transportation of pulp bales resp. pulp bale units. A list of these conveyors is attached to this inquiry.

6 Liefer und Leistungsumfang
6.1.1 Das zu liefernde Equipment sind K e t t e n f o r d e r e r z u m T r a n s p o r t vo n Zellstoffballen bzw. Zellstoffunits. Eine Auflistung der Kettenforderer ist dem Anhang zu entnehmen.
6.1.2 Zellstoffballen:
Lange (in Forderrichtung): 600 - 900mm Breite (quer zur Forderrichtung): 600 -1.000mm
